Spacious house - perfect for a family. Comfy recliner couches. Well stocked - plenty of towels, kitchen wares, etc. Good location - easy to get to restaurants and was right near a grocery store. Would stay here again!

I had a wonderful stay! The home was immaculate, well designed, wonderful accommodations, and in a wonderful part of the Eagle Rock! Many great restaurants, bars, coffee shops, grocery stores, everything you need. But most importantly, the hosts were accommodating, responsive, clear in communications, and provided wonderful service. I highly recommend staying at this property!

We leased the property for a month, intending to stay for two months for work purposes, but were demobilized within a month. The property was exceptional, clean, and well-maintained, situated in a pleasant and secure neighborhood. I would definitely rent from them again, as they communicated effectively. The space was remarkably spacious.

I live in San Bernardino and we stayed here for a cousins weekend. This home was amazing. The listing covered everything you needed to know. The home was very spacious, clean, and very welcoming. The host thought of everything that is needed for a stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend. Thank you for a wonderful and easy stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Shangri-La Gardens! We loved the multiple outdoor spaces to spend time and let the kids play. The kitchen is very well stocked and had everything we needed! The home matches the photos and descriptions. The host was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend and would stay again!

We were in town for a few days to visit friends. Two of us are power chair mobile so it was very, very important to find an accessible house. The large rooms, roll-in showers and the ramp to the backyard were wonderful. We could visit without the stress of worrying about those things. Great stay!

What a great location!!! Nice and quiet neighborhood. Very clean, modern, and accommodating home. There are labels on items like cabinets and thermostats to help find things and have great instructions. Plenty of towels, nice beds, comfortable seating.

My family and I had a wonderful reunion in this home. There were 5 adults and 6 children. We had plenty of space and enjoyed the backyard as well as the inside. Also, the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils. Communication with the host was also excellent and I received detailed information before stay and during our stay. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. The host was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by allowing a small birthday sleepover for my daughter — it truly made her day special. The home was spotless, beautifully designed, and even more stunning in person than in the pictures. The backyard setup, amenities, and overall comfort of the space made it feel like a dream getaway. This stay exceeded every expectation. We would gladly return 10/10 recommend to anyone considering booking!

Shangri-La Gardens’ home was beautiful and was a pleasure to stay in. The host is very responsive and genuinely cares about guest satisfaction. As Superhosts ourselves, we appreciated being able to communicate on a host-to-host level. She was open, thoughtful, and receptive to ideas. The home is big, spacious and well maintained, with consistent decor throughout the rooms. The backyard was stunning; private, enclosed, plants trimmed and beautifully kept, and the neighborhood feels safe and quiet. The elegant kitchen and living room made us feel right at home. It was the perfect setup for our family gathering. Any small hiccups were handled smoothly, and overall the experience was excellent. We’re very happy to give this stay a 5-star review and would highly recommend this property to others!
